On Wednesday, April 22nd, 2026, Kenn marked a special milestone with a heartwarming and memorable visit to Huband Cradle Children’s Home in Ngong and Visible Grace Children’s Home in Kiserian, Kajiado County.
This was to be done by having the scoter ride to 10 counties in celebration of the 10th year anniversary but unfortunately the scoter broke down. But in the spirit of celebrating and reaching more children this did not hinder us from fulfilling our goal thus Kenn used public transport to visit the two homes.
Yes, there were challenges along the way like being hit by a car in Nairobi CBD, but this did not hinder Kenn from fulfilling the goal.

The highlight of the visit was a lively and engaging activity – exploring geometry of the human face. With pencils, papers and bright smiles, the children and staff explored how facial features fit together – learning how shapes, lines and proportions form the eyes, nose and mouth. What began as a lesson in geometry quickly turned into an exciting art session filled with imagination and discovery.
For many of the children it was not just about drawing- it was about seeing themselves and others through a new lens of creativity and understanding.
As the visit came to an end the children were left with more than just drawings on paper, they carried new skills, confidence and memories of a day filled with laughter and inspiration.
The day emphasized connection, growth and joy creating a space where education met fun in the most natural way.
Stories of hope written by children from the homes were collected by Kenn and he is planning to share them by reading out to the people. As we continue with this journey on Friday 1st May we will be visiting Love for All Children’s Home in Nakuru.
